You play an important role in creating a welcoming, trustworthy experience by assisting guests when they need help with their vehicle and supporting the service team throughout the day.This position is designed as a growth opportunity for someone eager to learn the automotive service industry. The primary responsibilities include safely picking up and delivering guests using our branded shuttle, answering incoming phone calls, and helping build strong guest relationships through friendly, professional communication. As experience and confidence grow, this role offers a clear path to developing into a Service Advisor, with hands-on exposure to guest communication, service processes, and shop operations. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering excellent service, and are looking for a role with long-term career potential, this is a great opportunity to get started!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck guests in and outAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersAssisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts, and other errands as neededKeep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperworkDirect, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workloadServe as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnershipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned
